Does pomegranate, walnuts, roasted eggplant, and chicken get you excited for dinner? It should! Za'atar is a seasoning made from dried thyme, marjoram, and oregano. In this dish, we season hormone-free boneless skinless chicken breast with Za'atar spices and grill it perfectly. The chicken is served with (anti-inflammatory) turmeric rubbed eggplant and is topped with our homemade pomegranate molasses & toasted walnuts.
Remove plastic cover from container and set aside garnish. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish and serve.
