Pineapple and ginger chicken stirfry made with local chicken thighs, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and fresh pineapple. Served on a bed of stir-fried veggie "rice". 

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic cover and set aside garnishes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. Garnish and serve.

Microwave: 2-3 minutes, until warmed throughout.
