What goes better with eggs than a spicy bloody mary? This salad combines the best of both into an (alcohol-free) gourmet desk lunch. A bed of spinach and romaine is topped with creamy hard cooked eggs blended with tomato mayo, hot sauce, horseradish, and celery and garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and celery. 

Our Salads taste best at room temperature. We suggest removing your salad from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
