BBQ Chicken Meatloaf with Roasted Potatoes

Our super moist mini-meatloaf is made from hormone-free ground chicken and turkey sausage seasoned with garlic, celery, onion, olive oil, and shallots.  It's served with our super clean homemade BBQ sauce (that's sweetened with dates, not sugar, which is really amazing!). The meatloaf is served with a side of skin-on garlic & herb roasted potatoes and sautéed kale for extra fiber and calcium!

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
