Whitefish for dinner anyone? This is the perfect new summer dish to enjoy with a glass of white wine while sitting on your back deck (that's what we'd do, anyways!). Mild whitefish sits alongside smashed red potatoes and garlic green beans, all topped with a Portuguese salsa verde.

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film, salsa verde and whitefish from the container before cooking. Place container with potatoes and green beans on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Check food, then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout. Add in whitefish and cook for no longer than 2 minutes.
Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
