Pan seared wild salmon fillets with roasted shiitake, cremini and button mushrooms, green cabbage and a side of wasabi-mashed potato sauce.

We undercook our salmon slightly to avoid dryness with reheating. Please ensure that it is cooked to your desired doneness after reheating.

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
