When you envisioned your Whole30 experience, did you see any slow BBQ pulled pork? Probably not. But Chef Jona makes it happen here with his homemade Whole30 approved chipotle BBQ sauce. Served with tender roasted potatoes and Carolina slaw. Scallions sprinkled on top and our delicious guacamole served on the side. We have a variety of ingredients that have been locally sourced for this dish. Our red and green cabbage is from Keil & Sons (Delta, OH), our carrots are from Valley Farms (Imlay City, MI) and our red onion and potato are from Alsum Farms (Friesland, WI).
Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film from the container before cooking. Remove guacamole and slaw (best served cold) and place container on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Check food then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
Microwave: Remove plastic film, guacamole and slaw from container and microwave dish for 2 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
