Nothing makes us happier than a trip to Radical Root Organic Farm (Libertyville, IL). They run their own small market on their farm, where we can buy the freshest and best quality produce possible. This week two of our dishes will feature produce from Radical Roots. The dishes also have a few "choice ingredients" (aka the BEST BACON EVER!) from a few of their farmer-neighbors.
