This week’s menu is full of hearty winter dishes and our turkey chili is no exception! For this chili, we use New Mexican chili peppers, arbol and ancho chili peppers, chickpeas, tomato, onion, garlic, pinto beans and turkey breast. We sprinkle some monterey jack cheese on top for good measure. We also give you a piece of homemade honey cornbread for dipping, of course! Have we sold you yet?
