This Thai salad is just the crunchy and refreshing dish you’ve been looking for. Green papaya, red pepper, cabbage, radish and baby bok choy all sit atop a bed of kale and marinated tofu. Our tofu has been locally sourced from Phoenix Bean, located in Chicago, IL and our cabbage has been sourced from Keil & Sons, located in Delta, OH. We then garnish this dish with scallions, mint, cashews and sesame seeds. Top it with our homemade Thai cashew dressing and you’re ready to enjoy!

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
