Simplicity wins!  This is a Cooked favorite.  To begin, we painstakingly remove cabbage leaves from a head of cabbage- our kitchen staff really loves that part!  Once we have our intact leaves, we steam them until they are fork-tender.  These are stuffed with a simple, delicious and protein-filled stuffing of ground beef, onions, carrots, and parsnip.  All of this is drenched in a light Italian tomato sauce.  It's a delicious dish that tastes good any day of the week. 

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
