Spinach Salad with Bacon and Asparagus
Organic baby spinach and romaine with crumbled bacon, hard cooked local eggs, sliced mushrooms, grilled asparagus, toasted almonds and red onions. Served with a side of red wine vinaigrette.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
