This is a super clean dish that will satisfy your corner-deli cravings without giving you a greasy work shirt or a sugar crash. Crunchy romaine lettuce is topped with diced chicken breast, grapes, pecans, and Whole30 approved mayo.
Ps. Do you notice that our salads are served... upside down? Yes, we know! This helps ensure that the greens stay light and crispy. It's like packing a grocery bag, kale and lettuce shouldn't go on the bottom.
