In the mood for some smoked BBQ chicken? We've got the dish for you. This delicious and filling dinner features our super healthy BBQ rubbed chicken thighs, a creamy cabbage-apple slaw and braised collard greens. This dish helps us remember that summer is just around the corner!
  • Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film from the container before cooking. Remove slaw (best served cold) and collard greens. Place the container with chicken on sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes, adding collard greens back into the dish during the last two minutes of warming. 
  • Microwave: Remove plastic film from container. Remove slaw and microwave chicken and collard greens for 2.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
