Sometimes, the best thing on a weekday is a well-done classic.  Make weekday meals excellent with our high protein free-range roasted chicken.  After the chicken is marinated we roast it extra slow to make it tender and delicious.  It’s served with roasted skin-on potatoes for extra good tasting and good-for-your-body deliciousness.  The chicken & potatoes are then tossed with olive oil, rosemary, and lemon juice and served with tender braised kale.  


Oven: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish and serve.

Microwave: 2-3 minutes, until warmed throughout.
