This is our vegetarian take on our Sesame Chicken Salad. You're still getting all the goodies, we just swapped out chicken for seitan so you aren't missing out on any necessary protein. Seitan, green onion, spinach, cabbage, carrots, watermelon radish, sliced almonds, and mandarin segments are all tossed together and topped off with a delicious and refreshing sesame dressing.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing and enjoy!
