Pan seared salmon with sweet and spicy roasted brussels sprouts, sauteed winter greens, and sweet roasted butternut squash topped with spicy toasted pepitas. Note: Salmon is seared only- not cooked 100%. Please check that it is cooked to your desired doneness after heating.
  • Oven (preferred method): heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish and serve.
