This recipe is from our friends at Whole30 and is from the Whole30 Friends and Family cookbook by Melissa Hartwig-Urban!
We serve only amazing salmon, sourced from the Faroe Islands to be both clean and sustainable. Salmon boasts tons of great benefits (Omega-3's anyone?) and it's delicious!  The fish is broiled lightly so you can finish it off in our own oven (or toaster oven, microwave, etc) without overcooking it-- here it is served with roasted sweet potato slices, arugula, mixed greens, and our homemade lemon-dill sauce. 
Heat oven to 355 degrees. Remove plastic cover from container and set aside garnish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish and serve.
