Grilled sustainably sourced salmon served alongside tomato, red onion, basil, avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, garlicky green beans, and lemon. Salmon is cooked to rare and must be finished in your oven.
Salmon is rare and must be cooked in your oven Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic cover from container and set aside garnishes. Place container on a sheet pan for stability and bake for 8-12 minutes. Check for doneness by poking salmon with a paring knife- the center will be bright pink and a little bit translucent and should easily flake apart into chunks.
