Salmon al Fresco
Grilled sustainably sourced salmon served alongside green beans, lemon, olive oil and avocado basil salad
Salmon is rare and must be cooked in your oven Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic cover from container and set aside garnishes. Place container on a sheet pan for stability and bake for 8-12 minutes. Check for doneness by poking salmon with a paring knife- the center will be bright pink and a little bit translucent and should easily flake apart into chunks.
