This bowl is packed with delicious veggies from our neighboring state, Wisconsin! We source a lot of our ingredients from local farmers and producers, and we think you’ll be able to taste the difference! We start this bowl with a bed of fresh kale and spring greens, then we top it with all the goodies; butternut squash, oyster mushrooms and beets, just to name a few. We then add some pumpkin seeds for that extra crunch and top this dish with our avocado tomatillo dressing! We have a variety of locally sourced ingredients for this dish. Our butternut squash and beets are from Victory Farms (Hudsonville, MI), our mushrooms are from River Valley Ranch (Burlington, WI), and our mixed greens are from Revol Greens (Medford, MN). 

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
