This is our marinated kale and fennel salad with roasted red and candy stripe beets and stracciatella. This delicious salad comes with a toasted hazelnut vinaigrette. 

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
