Braised Rainbow Chard with White Beans and Kielbasa

This stew is the gift that keeps on giving! While kielbasa is traditionally made with pork or beef, we like to keep it healthier here at Cooked so we instead use Aidells apple chicken sausage. We pair it with veggies such as great northern beans, red potato, onions, tomatoes and Swiss chard. We season this all with spices like oregano and nutmeg to give it the perfect warming flavors.

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Stove: remove plastic film from container, pour into a small saucepan, warming on medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
