Pineapple ginger veggie stir fry made with mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, red onion and fresh pineapple. Served on a bed of herbed orzo. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic cover and set aside garnishes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. Garnish and serve.

Microwave: 2-3 minutes, until warmed throughout.
