Panko Crusted Chicken Schnitzel, Mushroom Gravy, and Green Peas
In this dish our hormone-free chicken breast is lightly crusted in panko and fried in olive oil and ghee. This protein packed main is served with a hearty Swabian potato salad and mushroom-bacon gravy with a side of green peas. This is a hearty dish you won't want to miss!
Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film from the container before cooking. Remove potato salad (best served cold) and pour the gravy into the container. Place the container on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Check food then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
Microwave: Remove plastic film and potato salad from container. Pour gravy over schnitzel and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
