Oyster Mushroom and Butternut Squash Frittata
Brunch lovers, feast your eyes on our newest frittata! This frittata is made with cage free eggs, oyster mushrooms and butternut squash. A golden beet salad is served on the side. Grab your coffee and the newspaper and dig in! Our oyster mushrooms are locally sourced from Windy City Mushrooms, located in Chicago, IL. Our butternut squash and golden beets are both from Victory Farms, located in Hudsonville, MI.
Remove cover and beet salad from container. Heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warm throughout.
