Quinoa sits atop a bed of romaine and arugula and is garnished with orange, fennel, apricot, almonds, mint, and green olives. Toss with our house made Moroccan yogurt dressing and you’re ready to enjoy! Local sourcing for our carrots come from Valley Farms, located in Imlay, City, MI.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
