Mezze Platter
We're bringing tapas of the Mediterranean to you with this dish. This is our Whole30 Approved take on a traditional Mezze Platter, with marinated chicken schwarma, carrot hummus, and tabbouleh all sitting atop a bed of cauliflower rice. Top it all off with some delicious housemade tahini and you're set. Enjoy!
This dish is best served cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, dress with tahini and enjoy!
