We serve only amazing salmon, sourced from the Faroe Islands to be both clean and sustainable. Salmon boasts tons of great benefits (Omega-3's anyone?) and it's delicious! The fish is broiled lightly so you can finish it off in your own oven (or toaster oven, microwave, etc) without overcooking it-- then it is served with roasted sweet potato slices, steamed broccoli, arugula, mixed greens, and homemade lemon-dill sauce.
Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film, salmon and lemon dill sauce from the container before cooking. Place the container with sweet potatoes and broccoli on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add in salmon, then continue cooking for 5 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish with lemon dill sauce.
Microwave: Remove plastic film and lemon dill sauce from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
