Poke bowls are very popular right now (and for good reason, they’re delicious!) and we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to create our own. So behold, our Whole30 Approved Lemongrass and Ginger Salmon Poke Bowl! Our salmon is poached and paired with all the usual poke bowl goodies, including watermelon radish, mango, cucumber, cabbage, pickled ginger, enoki mushrooms and nori sheets. We finish it with a ginger sesame dressing. This dish is both healthy and refreshing, which is why we guarantee it will be your new favorite poke bowl! We have a variety of locally sourced ingredients for this dish. Our watermelon radish is from John Beiler Farms (Fennimore, WI), our microgreens are from Milwaukee Microgreens (Milwaukee, WI), and our cabbage is from Keil & Sons (Delta, OH). 

This dish is best when eaten cold. Salmon and veggies are placed under lettuce to ensure freshness. Remove plastic film from container and flip container onto plate so that salmon and veggies are on top. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
