This is our Whole30 Approved take on the traditional Bánh Mì sandwich. We’re swapping out bread and giving you the ingredients to make your own lettuce wraps. We first marinate our pork loin in a mixture of coconut aminos, Red Boat fish sauce, buffalo sauce and pineapple juice. We then serve it with veggies like daikon, cucumber and carrots. To finish it, we give you a mouthwatering Bánh Mì mayo to drizzle all over.

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Use lettuce wraps and fill them with pork and veggies. Drizzle on our banh mi mayo and you’re ready to enjoy! If you would prefer ingredients warm, preheat oven to 350 degrees and heat pork and veggies for 10 minutes or until warmed throughout.
