Grilled Pork Bánh Mì
We’re transporting you to the streets of Vietnam with this dish! “Bánh mì” translates to “bread,” specifically a type of short baguette that is often filled with savory ingredients. That’s exactly what we did here with our Grilled Pork Bánh Mì. We first marinate our pork loin in a mixture of coconut aminos, Red Boat fish sauce, buffalo sauce and pineapple juice. We then serve it with veggies like daikon, cucumber, carrots, and mixed greens. But we’re not done yet! To finish it, we give you a mouthwatering Bánh Mì mayo to drizzle all over this sandwich.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, add pork and veggies to sandwich, drizzle banh mi mayo on top and enjoy!
