This satisfying dish comes with familiar flavors you know and crave! Grilled (sustainably sourced) Bay shrimp are tossed in buffalo sauce and served alongside some delicious blue cheese grits. It's a comforting dish that will keep you on track with your health and wellness goals.

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film, shrimp and veggies from the container before cooking. Place the container with grits on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add in shrimp and veggies, then continue cooking for 5 minutes or until warm throughout.
Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
