Tasty and traditional Cajun spices make this dish not only compliant with any Whole30 goal or other health goals but also delicious. Our grits are made with riced cauliflower and topped with tender shrimp, apple chicken sausage, green onion, and Cajun spices. 

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film and shrimp from the container before cooking. Place the container with grits on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Add in shrimp, then continue cooking for 5 minutes or until warm throughout. Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
