This tasty recipe is from our friends at Whole30 and is featured in the Whole30 Friends and Family cookbook by Melissa Hartwig-Urban!
Anyone for a dinner of coriander crusted pork loin? Yeah, we thought so. While this dish has a slight sweetness to it and is filled with tastes of warm spices, it is free of sweeteners and completely clean. We first marinate the pork in apple cider, black pepper, and coriander seeds,  After browning it nicely and cooking throughout we serve it with roasted apples, fresh sage, shallots, carrots, parsnips, red potatoes. A side of apple-cider & sage gastrique brings some zest to the warm winter flavors of the dish.

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Pork loin, mustard grain, coriander seeds, shallot, carrots, parsnips, red potato, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper
