Teriyaki Tofu with Stir Fried Veggies & Rice Noodles
We marinade our organic tofu overnight before tossing it in our super-clean and delicious house-made teriyaki sauce-- no greasy residues here! Our teriyaki sauce is made from coconut aminos, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil. All this good stuff is then tossed with fresh stir fried carrots, bok choy, cabbage, and green beans and is served on a bed of veggie rice.

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.
- Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
- Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.
Garnish and serve.
