Chicken Schnitzel with Swabian Potato Salad and Gravy
In this dish our hormone-free chicken breast is lightly crusted in almond and coconut flour and fried in coconut oil and ghee. This protein packed main is served with a hearty potato salad and mushroom-bacon gravy. All Whole30 compliant!
Potato salad is delicious either warm or at room temperature.
Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.
- Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
- Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.
Garnish and serve.
