
Citrus Dill Salmon with Roasted Beets
Roasted Faroe Island salmon with seasonal citrus, jalapeno and dill. Served with a roasted beet, pumpkin seed and arugula salad. Fresh flavors all across this dish!
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy! If you prefer your salmon warm, preheat the oven to 350 and bake for 5 minutes or until cooked to your desired temperature.
