This vegetarian Indian dish is one of our favorite new creations. Caramelized cauliflower and tender sweet potatoes are flavored with turmeric, garam masala, and fried black mustard seeds. Served on a bed of nutty barley and topped with shaved fennel. Sides of cilantro yogurt for cooling and toasted cashews for crunch. (don't worry, the portion size is bigger than it looks in the picture)

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
