India has known the wisdom of vegetables-based cuisine for a long time. "Vegetable centric" and "plant-based" are dietary movements that are currently popular in the States, but in India vegetables have been an integral part of any meal as far back as memory goes.  Sabzi is roughly defined as "fresh vegetables" and is a staple found in many variations throughout India.  In this dish we feature cauliflower sabzi, which is cooked with sweet potatoes and mild garam masala and mustard seeds. The best parts of the dish is the crunchy cashews and fennel that top it off!  You can order one (or both) of the two variations we produce: with grilled hormone-free chicken (Whole30 compliant!) or for vegetarians, on a bed of nutty, nutrient-dense barley. Don't miss it!
