Romesco is one of those things that you might only hear about in Bon Appétit Magazine if you don't order this dish! It's a sauce from Catalan; thick, hearty and made of some sort of nut and some sort of peppers. Ours is made of hazelnuts, roasted red peppers, and garlic-- and most importantly, it's delicious! In this dish, we serve all the veggies your body wants and needs in a meal with added free range organic chicken breast: roasted cauliflower, sweet potatoes, green beans, spinach and carrots. We sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top for you, but you are in charge of pouring on your own romesco. This dish can be enjoyed cold or heated up.
There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film and romesco sauce from the container before cooking. Place container on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Check food then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout. Top with dressing and enjoy!
Microwave: Remove plastic film and romesco sauce from container and microwave dish for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
