Paella is one of the best known dishes in Spanish cuisine. Traditionally it’s made with seafood or meat, but we decided to put our own spin on it and create a vegetable packed paella you’re sure to love. Our rice is a mix of calasparra and riced cauliflower. We then mix it with a show stopping line up of veggies. Roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, sugar snap peas and eggplant are just a few!  Our carrots are locally sourced from Valley Farms (Imlay City, MI), our red onion is from Alsum Farm (Friesland, WI), our cremini mushrooms are from River Valley Ranch (Burlington, WI) and our rice is from Red Stone Rice (Milwaukee, WI). 

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. Oven: heat to 350 degrees. Remove plastic film from the container before cooking. Place container on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes. Check food then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout. 

Microwave: Remove plastic film from container and microwave dish for 1.5 minutes. Continue to cook in 20 second increments or until warm throughout.
