Our oyster mushrooms are locally sourced from Windy City Mushrooms, located in Chicago, IL. Our butternut squash and golden beets are both from Victory Farms, located in Hudsonville, MI.
Remove cover and beet salad from container. Heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warm throughout.
