We know salads are sometimes seen as skimpy so that’s why we added everything but the kitchen sink for this one! To start this dish out right, we lay down a bed of crunchy romaine. We then add shredded brussel sprouts, kalamata olives, sunflower and pomegranate seeds, red delicious apple, and walnuts. We garnish it with parsley and serve it with pomegranate molasses as the dressing. It’s sweet and the perfect balancer for the savory flavors coming from the walnuts and olives. Grab a fork and dig in!

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
