We’re transporting you to the streets of Vietnam with this dish! “Banh mì” translates to bread, specifically a type of short baguette that is often filled with savory ingredients. That’s exactly what we did here with our vegetarian Bánh Mì. We marinate our sweet potato in a mixture of coconut aminos, Red Boat fish sauce, buffalo sauce and pineapple juice. We then serve it with veggies like daikon, cucumber, carrots, and mixed greens. But we’re not done yet! To finish it, we give you a mouthwatering Bánh Mì mayo to drizzle all over this sandwich.

This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, add banh mi mayo to sandwich and enjoy!
