Seasoned sushi rice topped with zucchini, ground turkey bulgogi, red bell pepper, sauteed spinach, shredded carrots, scallion, soft poached egg, sesame seeds and chili garlic sauce.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic cover, set aside garnishes and heat for 12-15 minutes or until warm. Garnish and enjoy!
