Skip the greasy takeout and instead indulge in this Whole30 Approved feast. Chicken thighs are marinated and served with broccoli, red pepper, and riced cauliflower. Garnishing this dish for extra texture are sesame seeds and scallions. But the real star of the show is our homemade general tso sauce. Our version tastes spectacular, without the sodium found in traditional sauces. We promise if you pour this all over your dish, you won’t miss take out! We locally source our chicken from this dish from Gerber Amish Farms, located in Kidron, OH. 

Disclaimer: There may be variabilities in cooking time based on equipment used. Always test for temperature until the meal is warmed to your liking. In microwave, heat up cauliflower rice for two minutes. Mix tapioca starch and general tso sauce until starch dissolves. Next, heat up a frying pan over medium-high heat, dropping in ½ teaspoon of sesame or vegetable oil to fully coat the bottom of pan. Add broccoli florets and chicken and saute for 1 minute. Add scallions and red pepper strips and saute for another 30 seconds. Stir the sauce again to make sure starch has not settled, then add it to frying pan, coating all the veggies. Keep cooking until sauce is reduced to a medium thick consistency. Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
