Nicoise is a type of salad that originated in the French city of Nice and became popularized in the early 20th century. This is our vegetarian version of the traditional tuna nicoise. Our version is made with artichoke, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, green beans, hard boiled egg and red new potatoes. All these delicious ingredients sit atop a bed of crunchy romaine. We finish it off with our homemade lemon vinaigrette to drizzle all over the top.
This dish is best when eaten cold or at room temperature. Remove plastic film from container, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
