Our delicious salmon is both sustainable and healthy.  To find out more about our sourcing, click here.  Salmon is grilled and place on a bed of kale, spinach and baby mixed lettuces, topped with diced mango, cucumber, scallions, toasted almonds and honey-orange dijon dressing.
Note: Salmon is not fully cooked to avoid overcooking during heating. Please cook salmon fully before consuming. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove plastic cover from container and set aside garnish. Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes, until warm throughout.
