Roasted Lamb with Vegetables and Salsa Verde

Nothing says best-of-Winter quite like a hearty lamb dish. In this classic, healthy, protein packed dish, leg of lamb is served with a salsa verde sauce made from capers, anchovies, and garlic. Served with a side of seasoned potatoes and carrots. It's a dish you won't want to miss this season!

Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

  • Oven: heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Stir food, then continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until warm throughout.
  • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

Garnish and serve.
