Grilled chicken with hearty thyme-roasted mushroom ragout over a bed of mashed potatoes with garlic and leeks.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic cover and set aside garnishes. Place container on a sheet pan for stability. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until warmed through. Garnish and serve.
