In this yummy meal, Faroe islands salmon is lightly roasted in an herb and garlic infused olive oil. It is then served with cauliflower and veggie "rice," zucchini, and raisins.  The whole thing is tossed in Moroccan spices and a lemon-harissa dressing. Super yum!

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout. Garnish and serve.
